Great Dwellings' onboarding process is live and functional across the US and both Mexico locations. When a sales deal is closed won, an onboarding deal is created triggering tasks to be issued for the first stage of onboarding. Some with dependencies, some without. When the tasks are completed, automation was used to update custom properties. Once all of the tasks within the stage are completed, and the custom properties have values, the section (stage) is then marked complete and the deal is automatically moved to the next stage. This process is continued throughout each stage in the pipeline until the onboarding deal is complete and the customer is successfully onboarded.
